Nice - France and Monaco

It was the Grand Casino which brought fame and fortune to Monte Carlo in 1878 and up to this day, this tiny Principality has always been awash with money. This playground for the rich and famous has the highest per capita income in the world and more luxury cruisers and flashy fast cars than the number of residents.
