Eurostar takes you direct to Disneyland in 3 hours from London Waterloo International (or 2 hours from Ashford International, Kent) to Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy station at the gates of the Disney Parks, near the Disney Hotels. Getting there from Paris, take the A4 motorway:
