Municipal House - Obecní dům

This is probably the most complete Art Nouveau building in Prague. Exquisite stained glass windows, elaborate mosaics and gilded decorations, it was completed in 1911 on the former site of the Royal Court Palace. Its grandiose but slightly faded interior features the glass-domed Smetana concert hall, one of Prague's most important (and largest) concert venues, and a popular grand cafe and restaurant.
