Marc Chagall at the Bucerius Kunst Forum in Hamburg

Showing at the Bucerius Kunst Forum in Hamburg is “Marc Chagall. Life Lines”, an Exhibition which examines the special relationship between the painter and his wife in light of his artistic work. For the first time, this Exhibition will link events in Chagall’s life directly to his works.

This collection belongs to the Israel Museum in Jerusalem and is being shown in Germany for the first time. It includes around 150 of the artist’s works.

The Exhibition will be complemented by loans from German and international collections such as the Kunstmuseum Basel, the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris and more.
