Home / Ireland / Bunratty Castle 46
Built around 1425, Bunratty Castle is the most well preserved medieval fortress in Ireland. The castle contains mainly 15th and 16th century furnishings, tapestries, and works of art which capture the mood of the times when the Earls of Thomond were in residence.
If you're attending the Bunratty Medieval Banquet, the Great Hall and the Main Guard are the two rooms used to host the event.
