Home / Scotland / Culloden 46
The Battle of Culloden on 16 April 1746 was one of the shortest battles by European standards but an exceptionally bloody one. Here at the Culloden Battlefield visitors can see how this battle was fought between the Jacobites and the Government army. Information panels scattered around the battlefield explain the battle.
