On our way from Amsterdam to Volendam, we stopped at Jacobs Hoeve Cheese Farm in the village of Katwoude. Here we had a little presentation about the traditional Dutch cheese-making process but the highlight of the visit was a chance to taste a wide spread of Henri Willig cheeses.
